Dubois Strong announces 2017 board, officers

Dubois Strong announce its 2017 board of directors.

Chris Tretter of Seufert Construction, Access Storage and Progressive Development Corporation will serve as chairman. Tretter succeeds Neil Dauby of German American Bank as chairman of the board. Dauby will remain as immediate past chairman. The additional executive committee officers include Kyle Bennett, Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center as the organization’s treasurer and Mayor Terry Seitz, City of Jasper, as its secretary.

The executive committee also includes Dubois County Commissioner Elmer Brames and Huntingburg Mayor Denny Spinner, as well as newly elected member Julie Heitz-Cassidy, Kimball International Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance.

Dubois Strong has also asked Don Book of Dubois REC and Barry Day of Superior Ag Resources to join the board of directors. Book joined the Dubois Strong in 2013 and has is a steadfast supporter of the organization, while 2017 will be the first year for Day’s participation within the organization.
