Miller-Valentine Group is inviting area residents to take a closer look at The Lofts at St. Joseph’s, a soon-to-open affordable housing community exclusively for adults 55 and older in Huntingburg.
The sneak peek will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday at the Huntingburg Chamber of Commerce, 327 E. 4th Street, Suite 205.
Miller-Valentine Group, along with community partners Tri-Cap, the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority, Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis and Old National Bank, anticipate the development to be completed in late June. Thursday’s event will serve as a showcase for prospective residents to take a closer look at the apartment community in the former St. Joseph’s Hospital, which has been vacant since closing in 2007. Visitors will be able to view floor plans in greater detail, gather informational material and ask questions to on-site leasing specialists.
