The first recipient of the Dubois County Relocation Impact Grant is a county native who is coming back home
Justin Neal, formerly of Huntingburg, is moving his family from Alabama back to Dubois County. The $5,000 grant will help Neal and his family establish their new life back home in Dubois County.
