Purdue Extension Dubois County improves lives and livelihoods by delivering tested and trusted educational resources. They offer programming in Agriculture and Natural Resources, Health and Human Sciences, Economic and Community Development and 4-H Youth Development.
The Southwest Indiana Development Council was created as a gateway to economic development in Southwest Indiana. They are comprised of ten counties with miles of land available for development. Our location puts us within reach of 75% of the nation’s population as well as the ease of interconnecting transportation options.
Radius Indiana is the economic development organization for the eight-county region of Crawford, Daviess, Dubois, Greene, Lawrence, Martin, Orange, and Washington and serves as a catalyst for government, business, and academic collaboration.
Southwest Indiana Workforce Board develops and promotes strategies that provide a skilled workforce for employers in Southwest Indiana. We support and train job seekers to pursue careers with competitive wages that lead to self-sufficiency.
The Indiana Economic Development Corporation is the state's lead economic development agency.

In partnership with Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center and Deaconess Health System, Being for Others Health and Wellness Foundation provides grant support to qualified non-profit organizations and government agencies to positively impact the health and wellness of community members.
INvets, founded by veterans for veterans, aids in transitioning to civilian life, focusing on job placement and finding the right community for veterans and their families to ensure their success and happiness.

Everything they do is about maximizing our state’s economic potential while helping Hoosiers find rewarding careers in these rapidly evolving industries.
Their vision is to provide economic opportunity through innovation, helping rural America to thrive; to promote agriculture production that better nourishes Americans while also helping feed others throughout the world; and to preserve our Nation's natural resources through conservation, restored forests, improved watersheds, and healthy private working lands.
Indiana 15 provides support to the counties, cities and towns in the region through grant writing and administration. We provide support in economic and community development planning, but we are not involved in recommending or implementing any land use planning or zoning. We are not a regulatory agency, nor do we have any enforcement authority.
The mission of ROI is to advance economic and community prosperity in the 11 counties of the Indiana Uplands (Brown, Crawford, Daviess, Dubois, Greene, Lawrence, Martin, Monroe, Orange, Owen, and Washington counties). ROI is growing potential and possibility through a focus on advanced industry sectors, regionalism, transformative school and workforce redesign, and placemaking strategies.
